A new report commissioned and published by the
Heinrich-Böll-Foundation entitled “
Changing Course - A contribution to a Global Energy Strategy (GES)” is now available for free download.
The report sets out
how global energy production could shift towards more sustainable energy systems, and how this would create tremendous
opportunities for private investments, job creation + economic development, especially in rural areas.
