According to a BBC report
fewer people have been volunteering to work in developing countries since the September 11th attacks.
In fact the international development charity
VSO has experienced a
40% drop in volunteers coming forward + urgently needs
800 experienced professionals to work as volunteers.
They need all kinds of people - from
engineers to
teachers, from
fundraisers to
social workers, from
midwives to
marine biologists...
